Cronus Digital is leading the end-to-end digital transformation of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) in Guyana, covering nine autonomous agencies and their mission-critical Government-to-Government (G2G) and Government-to-Citizen (G2C) services. At the core is a centralized AI-powered digital platform that modernizes citizen services, streamlines back-office operations, and builds long-term institutional capacity inside MoHA.
Scope & Solution
Central AI Citizen Services Platform: A unified, AI-augmented platform for key civil registration services, including online applications and workflows for Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, and Marriage Certificates, accessible via web and mobile.
56+ Digital Mobile Services for Citizens: Design and rollout of more than 56 mobile-enabled services for MoHA and its agencies, giving citizens a single digital front door to interact with public safety, immigration, fire and rescue, and civil registration services.
Modernization of Core Public Safety Agencies: End-to-end design and development of AI-powered back-office systems for:
- Guyana Police Force – Personnel Information, Case Management, and digital records
- Immigration Support Services – eVisa, traveler management and support systems
- Guyana Prison Service – Prison Management, inmate records, and operational workflows
- Fire & Rescue Services – operational systems, inspections, and incident management
AI-Enhanced Back-Office Workflows Intelligent case routing, document handling, analytics dashboards, and smart alerts embedded into each agency solution to improve response times, transparency, and accountability.
Capacity Building & Change Management Structured capacity-building programs, training tracks, and hands-on support designed to help officers and staff adopt the new smart AI systems and embed digital practices into day-to-day operations.
